## CONVENTIONS

- Commands live in `commands/` as individual `.py` files.
- `bot.json` holds secrets (tokens, bot token, prefix, etc.).
- Use `discord.ext.commands` for bot commands.
- GIF emotes are fetched from a remote URL or local cache.
